She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Blake and Sarah Morgan; and her brother Michael Blake. She is survived by: her children, Shelly Stump (Terry) of Ligonier and Terry Sexton (Angie) of Ft Wayne; her siblings, Cindy Green (Ricky) of Chattanooga, TN and Dennis Blake (Linda) of Ringgold, GA; her grandchildren, Cory Stump of Elkhart, Austin Stump of Ligonier and Brianna Stump of Ligonier; her nieces, Lyndsie Wallin (Nic) of Ooltewah, TN and Lacie Chadwick (Andrew) of Chattanooga, TN; and her sister-in-law Tami Blake of Harrison, TN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parkview Home Health & Hospice or Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
