She was predeceased by: her parents, David Patches and Margaret Patches (Brougher); her siblings, James Patches, Faith Brought, Catherine Ream and Christine Dimmick; her great grandchild Rodney Bowman Jr.; and her great great grandchild Luke McCoy.
She is survived by: her husband Duane Leathers of Ligonier; and her children, Franklin Root (Monica) of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Leaetta Black (Ron) of Lebanon, Audrey Blouch of Lebanon, Susan Reynolds (Jeffery) of Ligonier and Wanda Glant (William Jr.) of Ligonier. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren, brothers; sisters; nieces; and nephews.
