He was predeceased by: his spouse Mavis Conrad; his brother Donald of Paul, Harry; and his son Steven A. Fulford. He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria L. Hamman of Ligonier, Kelley Crowe (Brent) of Kendallville and Tara Wentworth (Joshua) of Albion; and his sister Georgia Snyder of Goshen. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.
