He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mullins; his children, Timothy Sparks of Topeka, Johnnie Sparks of Albion, Sharon Miller (Ernie) of Ligonier, Tammy Taylor (Harvey) of Ligonier and Mendy Myers of Virginia; his siblings, Glenn Payne (Patricia), Bubby Payne (Evelyn), Susie Lester of Fort Wayne and Phyllis Morris; and his brother-in-law Rick Madden of Leesburg, IN.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
