He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur F. Emmert and Minnie M. Emmert; his wife Maxine J. Heerschop; his children, Russell F. Emmert (Jessica), Mindy M. Morgan (Robby) and Jonathan D. Emmert (Kate); and his siblings, Pat Franke (Roger), Fancheon Resler (Herb), Sandra Riegsecker (Bob) and Willam Emmert (Marilyn).
