Adkins of Ligonier, IN; his mother Betty Adkins of Vermilion, OH; his sister Jeannie Holbrook (Marvin); his grandchildren, Riley Champion, Jazmyn Smith, Landyn Champion, Lily Schultz, Kianna Arnold and Korbin Arnold; his great grandchildren, Bennett Champion, Adalie Weimer and Huxley Weimer; his friend John Anthony; and also, Daisy Brumfield, Kay Bird Hershberger (Dan), Terry Brumfield (Kim) and David Adkins (Traci). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
