She was predeceased by: her parents, Royse Don and Pauline Smith (Miller); her husband Bernard C. Perrin; her children, Terry Dale Perrin, Paul Michael Perrin and Deborah Hughes; her granddaughter Joan Gresso; and her siblings, John R. Smith (June), Wayne A. Smith (Mary Lou), Dale Martin Smith (Mary), William H. Smith (Bonnie) and Mary Mae Smith.
She is survived by: her children, David Perrin (Terry J.) of Manassas, Timothy Perrin (Lori) of Nappanee, Marjorie Haynes (Larry) of Ligonier, Brenda Perrin of Ligonier and Yalanda Sanford (Brad) of Ligonier. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
