He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Long and Norma Jean Wanless (Sorensen); and his brother Keith Long. He is survived by: his wife Shelly Long (Hunt) of Ligonier; his son Chris Long (Anita) of Omaha, Nebraska; and his siblings, Mike Long of Omaha, Nebraska and Karen Maulsby (Martin) of Omaha, Nebraska.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
