He was predeceased by: his parent Medford; and his brothers, John, Bob, Bill, Tom, Don "Buck" and Morris.
He is survived by: his sisters, Norma Brewer of Ligonier, Phyllis Durham of Ligonier, Peggy Baker (Robert) of Cromwell, Cathy Baker (Howard) of Ligonier and Patty Sue Schofe of Ligonier; his nephew Don Haywood (Wendi) of Bradenton, Florida; and his sisters, Sandy Rakes of Ligonier and Paula Hagaman of Kendallville. He is also survived by many nieces nephews.
