He is survived by: his children, Tonya Ogle (Doug) of Ligonier, IN, Johnny Thompson of Avilla, IN and Tina Thompson of Michigan City, IN; his grandchildren, Brooks Ruisard, Bailey Ruisard of Ligonier, IN, Lucas, Johnathan, Gabe Thompson of Avilla, IN, Dale Suppa, Bobby Thompson of Michigan City, IN and Stacy Milich of Michigan City, IN; and his brother Carroll Holmen of Clarksdale, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
