She was predeceased by: her parents, John Charles and Sarah Charles (Rasnake); her brothers, George, Lawrence, Landan, John L. and Elmer Charles; her children, Gaye Whiteaker, Joanne Harter, Janette Miles, Judith Whiteaker, Louie Whiteaker and Burley Whiteaker; and her grandsons, J. T., Michael and Jamie Wellman.
She is survived by: her husband William Ray Kinzer of Ligonier; her children, Jean Weber (Warren Auld), Jackie Taylor (Kent), Wanda Shepherd (Claude) and Bernard Whitaker; her stepson B. Ray Kinzer; her grandchildren, Steven Weber (Amanda), Nathan Weber (Tara), Robyn Radford (Robert), Tracy Tripp, Cheyenne Taylor, Anne Taylor, James Harter, Mary Whitaker, Jodi Whitaker-Hackworth (John), Candy Ianotti, James Whitaker, Claudette Shepherd (Lawrence), Kyle Kinzer and Madison Kinzer; and her great grandchildren, Ashley, Riley, Piper Weber, Lily, Abby, Molly Weber, Kaitlyn Lung, Andrew Radford, Emily Dawson, Janette Tripp, Rebecca Tripp, Nathan Mullins, Aurora Mullins, Breanna Hackworth, Marissa Hackworth and Michael Ianotti. She is also survived by 9 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (709 Johnson St, Ligonier, IN 46767). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
