He is survived by: his mother Gloria Ratliff (Nelson) of Leburn, Kentucky; his children, Heather Ratliff of Middlebury and Cody Ratliff (Baylee) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his grandsons, Lincoln Ratliff and Waylon Dempsey Ratliff; and his sisters, Missy Ratliff of Syracuse and Sondra Ratliff of Howe, Indiana. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Yeager Funeral Home (1589 Lincolnway S, Ligonier, IN 46767). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
