He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lynne Meacham; his children, Debra, Douglas Hurlbut and Lisa; his grandchildren, Ryan Donald Lower (Jamie Till), Caleb Donald Harmeyer, Hannah Harmeyer and Fiona Hurlbut; his great grandchild Elyssa Lower; and his siblings, Daniel (Mary Sue Hurlbut), Janet (Bob Lamper), Sue (Randy Hendrick) and Nancy Otto.
A memorial service will take place at a later date due to COVID-19.
