He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Miller and Thelma Robinson (Little); and his siblings, Dale, Patricia, Bill and Darrell.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Miller of Ligonier; his children, Kory Miller, Travis, Bob, Rick, Christina and Scott; and his siblings, Jack, Ellen and Tim.
