She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivor Pankey and Blanchie Pankey (Taylor); her husband Ronald Eugene Lower; and her siblings, Robert Pankey, Billy Pankey and Earlene Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Lower of Syracuse, IN and Matthew Lower of Wilmot; her granddaughter Caitlin Lower of Nappanee; and her sisters, Virginia and Marilyn Henry of Houston, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
