Tiffany Rae Kilby Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tiffany Rae Kilby of Liberty, Indiana, who passed away on April 16, 2025 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Jeffrey Willoughby Sr.; her grandparents, Emmett Kilby, Geraldine Willoughby and Claude Willoughby II; her aunt Krista Kay Willoughby; and her uncles, Bryon Scott Johnson and John Davidson.
She is survived by: her mother Angela Kilby; her stepfather Gregorie Lock; her grandmother Dolores "Bootsie" Walter; her siblings, Zackary Kilby (Karissa), Joshua Bryant Jr. (Faith Wheat), Destiny Willoughby (Donnie Courtney), Jeffrey Willoughby Jr. and Aleigha Arnold; her stepbrother Draven Lock; and her nieces and nephews, Zaden, Zaylee, Zacara, Zoey, Leo, Avyana, Ryland and Forrest. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jackman Hensley Funeral Home (215 E Broadway St, Harrison, OH 45030). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
