He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Harlan and Betty Gephart Harlan; and his siblings, Susan Harlan Franklin and Dave Harlan. He is survived by: his son Matthew Harlan (Ileeha); his grandchildren, Hunter, Faith, Shyann and SkyLer; and his brother Steve Harlan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Urban Winkler Liberty Funeral Home (310 N Main St, Liberty, IN 47353). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
