He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dunaway and Viola Dunaway (Kirby); and his sons-in-law, Rick Potters, Randy Alvis, Tommy Carpenter and Rex Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Alvis and Janice Brown; his siblings, Bob Dunaway (Sally), Don Dunaway (Sandy) and Sonya Dunaway; his uncle Marshall Kirby; and his friends, Barney Barnes (Sandra) and Gary McCarty (Daphne). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
