It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kimberly Rudicil (Liberty, Indiana), who passed away on February 20, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Don Hartrum; and her brothers, Jesse Webster, Charlie Webster and Finley "Joe" Webster. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Ann Yost VanWinkle; her sisters, Jean Evans (Eugene) and Vera Elsbernd (John); her nephew Joseph Elsbernd; her niece Paula Jo Webster Murphy; her uncle Morris; her aunt Pam Tubesing; and her pet Hershey.
