She was predeceased by: her mother Jacqueline; her significant other Donnie Mitchell; and her siblings, Toni Fry (Barrett), Bobby Jones and Chuck.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacquelin Pellazari (Jeremy) of Granate City, Dawn Mitchell (Gary) of Liberty and Katie Mitchell (Jason) of Indianapolis, Indiana.; her siblings, Randy Proffitt of Ross and Connie Smith of College Corner, Indiana.; her grandsons, Austin, Nathaniel, Brenden, James and Jason; her great grandchild Anthony; her granddaughter Destiny Barree Schoonover; and her nephew Tyler Proffitt.
