He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hofer and Thelma Hertel Hofer; and his sister Doris Wendel. He is survived by: his wife Annie Cornett; his children, Anthony Hofer (Michael) and Robin Singer (Ron); his grandchildren, Reed Singer and Raigen Singer; and his siblings, Arnold Hofer (Stephanie), Lyle Hofer (Cathy) and Martha Sampson.
