He is survived by: his parents, Glen Shisler and Patricia Haws Rosebrough; his wife Dawn Mitchell; his children, Laura, Victoria Garver, Tex Mitchell (Jada), Aaron Mitchell (Destini), David Mitchell and Dakota Mitchell; his grandchildren, Ben, Emma and Elijah; and his sister Sharon Rogers. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and friends.
