He was predeceased by: his parents, Willian Buttery and Bettie Buttery of Liberty; and his siblings, Marsha "Katie" Hahn, Mildred "Tootsie" Persinger, Amelia Antrim, Granville Nolen and Wayne Nolen.
He is survived by: his spouse Kim Mathews Buttery; his children, Danelle Eads (Rick), Donald Buttery and Kevin Buttery (Tara); his brother Hugh "Bozie" Nolen; his grandchildren, Dylan Buttery, Hunter Buttery, Kylene Lacy, Kaitlyn Banta, Jennifer Buttery, Alyssa Buttery, Haleigh Buttery and Carlee Buttery; and his friends, Cecil Dake and Kenny Hilderbrand.
