He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Donald and Ruth Pauline Hamilton Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Sue Smith Roberts; his children, Debbie Mauller, Sandy Colyer (Maxie Lee), Donna Ailes (Larry), Darrell Roberts (Jane) and Robert Durham (Christina); his brother-in-law Charles Mauer Jr.; his close friends, Sasha and Ava; his sister Amelia "Sally" Roberts; his son David Mauller; his sister Tonya Mauer; and his granddaughter Jennifer Colyer Rush. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
