He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Forest Hokey Sr. and Dorothy Reed Hokey; his siblings, Forest "Frosty" Hokey Jr., Brian Hokey, Curt Hokey, William, Thomas Hokey and Katherine Hokey; and his parents-in-law, Bobby Jeanne and D. C. Francis Squires.
He is survived by: his wife Jamie Squires; his daughter Taylor McClure; his granddaughter Kora Belle McClure; and his siblings, Mark Hokey, Jeff Hokey, Eric Hokey, Cheryl McQueen (Dan), Vickie Dawson, Jennifer McNealy (Kevin), Rebecca Land (Garry) and Tammy Welch (Tim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
