Kober of Liberty Center, Indiana, born in Bluffton, Indiana, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Girod and Marie Girod (Brickley); and her siblings, Hallie Pace, Ina May Dormire, Don Girod and Joyce Grandlienard.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Kober of Bluffton; her children, Jill Markley (Jerome) of Bluffton, Joe Kober (Kelly) of Liberty Center and Judy Hogg (Bill) of Bluffton; and her grandchildren, Ben Markley (Lesley) of Indianapolis, Paul Markley (Shea) of Omaha, NE, Drew Markley of Fort Wayne, Adam Kober (Jonathan Shinn) of Newport Beach, CA, Krista Moore (Ian) of Houston, TX, Patrick Kober (Sara) of Liberty Center, John Hogg (Christin) of Boise, ID and Peter Hogg (Laura) of Indianapolis. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Jean's memory to the Boehmer United Methodist Church or to Mossburg Cemetery.
