He is survived by: his children, Jill Markley (Jerome) of Bluffton, Joe Kober (Kelly) of Liberty Center and Judy Hogg (Bill) of Bluffton; and his grandchildren, Ben Markley (Lesley) of Indianapolis, Paul Markley (Shea) of Omaha, NE, Drew Markley of Fort Wayne, Adam Kober (Jonathan Shinn) of Newport Beach, CA, Krista Moore (Ian) of Houston, TX, Patrick Kober (Sara) of Liberty Center, John Hogg (Christin) of Boise, ID and Peter Hogg (Laura Benjamin) of Indianapolis.
The family prefers memorials may be made in Jack's memory to the Eleos Hospice of Fort Wayne or the Mossburg Cemetery Association, in place of flowers and gifts.
