He was predeceased by: his parents, Huston J. Surbaugh and Devota Surbaugh (Helms); and his children, Diana and Doug Surbaugh. He is survived by: his son Tom Surbaugh (Shirley) of Bluffton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
