She is survived by: her husband Harold of Liberty Center; her children, Tom Surbaugh (Shirley) of Bluffton and Doug Surbaugh of Liberty Center; her son-in-law George "Jr" Addington of Keystone; and her stepsister Susie Summers of Huntington, IN.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
