He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Barger and Sophie Marie Barger (Watkins); and his siblings, Pahris Barger, Roy Findley, Ronnie Barger and Martha Barger.
He is survived by: his wife Dana Barger; his children, Caden Wilson Barger of Lexington and Morgan J. Barger (Hailey Cornett-Barger) of Lexington; his sisters, Della Mae Bailey of Greenwood and Lattie Estep; his sister-in-law Wanda Findley of Taylorsville, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Kade Cornett and Avereigh Palmer.
