He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lynn McClure Hammons of Lexington, Indiana; his children, Kevin Hammons (Cora) of Versailles, Indiana and Lisa Stearns (Bob) of Versailles, Indiana; his grandchildren, Zeb Hammons (Kaleigh), Carly Gordon (Cory) and Kevin Stearns (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Braxton, Scarlett, Taylor, Braydon, Seth, Bethany, Christlyn and Zach; his sisters, Catherine Richardson of Osgood and Barbara Richards of Vevay, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Bolden (Jerry) of Vevay, Indiana and Joe McClure (Gayla) of New Point, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
