She is survived by: her husband Wayne Bush; her daughter Michelle Spellman-Moore of Lexington, Indiana; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Spellman of Freetown, Indiana; her siblings, Maxine Hall of Underwood, Diana Stidham of Scottsburg, Marie Rose of Austin, Indiana and Harold Robison (Peggy) of Scottsburg, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Nikki Carr, Alex Johnson, Kayla Garriott and Christopher Spellman, Jr.. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
