She was predeceased by: her parents, John Campbell and Mary Campbell (Goins); her husband Robert Moody; her son Phillip; and her sister Carol Whitaker (Albert).
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Petty (Jennifer) of Lexington, Mike Petty (Megan) of Madison and Tony Petty of Lexington, Indiana; her siblings, Karen Combs, Jenita Long (Russell), Larry Campbell, Gary Campbell and Alan Campbell (Sherri); and her grandchildren, Dustin and Brianna of Carl.
Jaylynn, Jaslynn, Jerome, Courtney, Sarah, Chris, Sean, Brailey, Noah, David, Paige, and Charity; and ten great grandchildren.
