He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Moore and Marie Catherine Robinson Moore; his sister Clara Moore; and his grandson Samuel Brian Simpson. He is survived by: his grandchild Kyle; his wife Wanda Fay Couch Moore of Lexington, Indiana; his children, Kathryn Stephens (David) of Madison, Kimberly Moore of Clarkesville, Karen Moore (Allen Wedhorn) of Fort Bragg and Kyle Moore of Hanover, Indiana; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Moore, David Stephens, Jr., Abigail Faith Robinson and Joshua Simpson; his great grandchildren, Billy Robinson, Chasesin Robinson, Aurelia Robinson, Lily Robinson, Asher Robinson, Willow Simpson and Natalie Starr Moore; his siblings-in-law, Bill Couch (Patty) of Salem, Jay Couch of Beattyville, Kentucky and Brenda Combs (Pete) of Beattyville, Kentucky; and his cousin Judy Howard Stater of Madison.
