It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Jo Penrod Welch of Lexington, Indiana, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Penrod and Billie Allen Penrod; and her granddaughter Christy Dawn Wooten Campbell. She is survived by: her husband Wallace "Wally" Arnold Welch of Lexington, Indiana; her daughters, Carly Grubbs (Joseph Jr.) of Lexington and Corri Moss of Lexington, Indiana; her grandchildren, Robert Wallace "Carson" Wooten of Lexington, Indiana, Amber Barnes of Austin, Indiana, Hailey, Paisley Barnes and Bryson Campbell; her sisters, Paula Lampley of Metropolis and Cathy Whitely (Donald) of Paducah, Kentucky; her niece Maranda (Landon); her nephew Jacob; and her great-nephew Tristyn.
