He is survived by: his mother Onna Tobias (Conrad) of Scottsburg, Indiana; his wife Joy of Lexington, Indiana; his son Andrew Fisse; his grandson Nicolas "Nic" Fisse of Lexington, Indiana; and his siblings, Robert Tobias (Shirley) of Deputy, Indiana and Tammy Davis (Terry) of Scottsburg, Indiana.. He is also survived by his several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
