She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Marshall and Etta Ramey Marshall; her husband Rev. Troy Kelley, Sr.; her son Marshall "Tony" A. Kelley; and her grandchildren, Helen Lahey and Ethan Collins of Illinois.
She is survived by: her children, Troy "David" Kelley, Jr. (Dalene) of Lexington, Lottie Lahey (Rob) of Lehi, UT and Cathy Willey (Marion); her grandchildren, Ricky Kelley (Leslie) of Jeffersonville, IN, Brad Kelley (Natalie) of Campbellsburg, IN, Andrew Phillips, Jesse Phillips (Annie), Jeffrey Phillips, Troy D. Kelley, III (Jessica) of Hibernia, IN, Connor Lahey (Kaylee) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Matthew Kelley of Missouri, Zak Kelley of Illinois and Jake Collins of Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Jena, Jace, Moxen, Grace, Jaylin, Reece, Easton, Keegan, Greyson and Rosey. She is also survived by several brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.
