It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Monroe (Lexington, Indiana), born in Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on January 17, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Boyd Monroe; her grandparents, Daisy Caldwell, Eva Monroe, George Caldwell and Boyd Monroe Sr.; and her close friend Sherri Townsend.
She is survived by: her mother Reba D. Caldwell of Hanover; her friend Travis Albertson; her siblings, April Beavers (Jim) of Lexington, Christian Smith of Hanover and Parrish Monroe (Anna Marie) of Cottondale, Florida; her nieces and nephews, Jessica Beavers, Jennifer Berry (John), Leanne Beavers, Casey McQueary (Shane), Joshua McCoy (Stephanie), Jason Beavers, Parrish Monroe (Tusdie), Aaron Beavers (Alba) and Zachary Monroe (Megan); and also Health. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and great nephews, and many close friends.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Spina Bifida Association, National Brain Injury Association of America or Gideon International.
