He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lloyd Giltner and Viola Rahe Handlon Giltner. He is survived by: his son Richard Giltner, Jr. (Amber) of Lexington, Indiana; his grandchildren, Rahelynn Giltner, Pagerick Giltner and Wesley Giltner; his sister Cheryl Ann Smith of Lexington, Indiana; and his nephews, Kenneth Edward Smith, Jr., Cecil Andrew Smith, Matthew Shawn Smith and Kevin Lynn Smith. He is also survived by several cousins and other relatives.
