He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eleazer and Lillian Eleazer (Langford) of Georgia; his wife Evelyn Eleazer (Adamchick); and his nephew Danny Eleazer. He is survived by: his daughter Lynette Eleazer (Kenny Smith) of Lexington; his siblings, Martin Eleazer of Georgia, Marvin Eleazer of Georgia, Faye Bailey of South Carolina and Jennette Langford of South Carolina; his nieces and nephews, James, Benjamin, Samantha and Dannie; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tate and Riley.
