He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Wertz); his grandchildren, Emily Whitehead (Alex), Taylor Whitehead, Kevin Hardin (Brandi), Kirk Hardin, Daesha March, Emily Sterrett, Dallas Fisher, Danika Brown and Autumn Wright; his siblings, Pete Whitehead (Tina), Kaylene Mace (Fred) and Kathy Kirschner; his aunt Sue Horn; and his friend Johnny Dake (Debbie).
