He is survived by: his children, Mariea Ann Flowers (Brian), Keri Lynn Fortney and Cody Ray Fortney (Haley); his grandchildren, Destiny, Braden, Kaleb, Corbin and Clayton; and his siblings, Jimmy Fortney and Lisa Dentith.
