He is survived by: his children, Josie Nicole Weaver-Peacock (Larry Peacock) of Jeffersonville, IN and Joseph E. Weaver of Hanover, IN; his grandchildren, Joseph Egan Weaver, Izabella Weaver, Jasper Weaver, Katherine and Abbigail Peacock; his siblings, Mary Denney (Ted) of Scottsburg, IN and John Weaver (Becky) of Indianapolis, IN; the mother of his children Sandra Weaver of Hanover, IN; and his close friend Donetta Webster-Way.
