She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Dean "Jack" Crabtree; her parents, Elmer Hulan Hardwick, Sr. and Bonnie Wilson Hardwick; and her siblings, Judy Ellen Grubbs, Betty Karen Hudson and Elmer Hulan Hardwick, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, J. Faith Bowen (Donnie Ray) of Madison, Indiana and Timothy D. "Tim" Crabtree of Deputy, Indiana; her grandchildren, B. J. Brooks, Corey Stewart, Cody Crabtree, T. J. Chambers and Kaylee Crabtree; her great grandchildren, David Stewart, Tristan Crabtree, Elijah Green, Zaiden Crabtree, Dominic Brooks, Kyra Brooks, Lyrica Chambers, Skylar Chambers, Easton Green, Keenan Chambers, Colton Stewart, Halo Stewart, Christian Stewart and Lee Stewart; her siblings, Brenda Smith of Madison, Debbie Cook of Middletown, Indiana, Kenneth Hardwick (Dwana) of New Castle and Roger Hardwick (Alva) of Madison, Indiana; and her brothers-in-law, Tony Grubbs of Madison, Bill Hudson of New Castle, Bill Crabtree of Bronston and Roger Crabtree of Vermilion, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
