He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Tutterrow and Juanita Tutterrow (Coffelt); his wife Cheri Tutterrow (Hurt); his son Timothy Tutterrow; and his brother Charles William Tutterrow.

He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Maples (John) of Martinsville, Grace Bavender of Hagerstown and Barbara Gaffney of Indianapolis, Indiana; his granddaughters, Amanda Donohue (Shannon) of Austin and Autumn Tutterrow (Angel) of Scottsburg, Indiana; his brother-in-law Wayne Hurt (Julie) of Louisville, Kentucky; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Jordan and Layne Donohue. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
