She was predeceased by: her parents, Retta Smith Davis and William "Howard" Davis; and her siblings, Truman Davis, Earl Davis and Clara Ellen Tolliver.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Clifton Barnes of Hanover, Indiana; her stepdaughter Bonnie Scholey (Keith) of Milton, Kentucky; her son Chris Barnes (Shannon) of Indianapolis, Indiana; her grandchildren, Ashley Jennings, Brandon Scholey, Gavin Barnes and Piper Barnes; her great grandchildren, Cole, Braysen and Aiden Jennings; her siblings, Betty Lawrence of Kent, Indiana and Bobby Riley (Vicky) of Kokomo, Indiana; and her siblings-in-law, Billie Jean Dixon of Milton, Bette Gosman of Bedford, Kentucky and Barry Barnes (Kathy) of Hanover, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
