He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Sue (Thomas). He is survived by: his children, Gary Allen Gibson of Scottsburg, Jeffery Allen Gibson (Cassidy) of Commiskey, Mason Gibson of Lexington, Indiana and Lisa Dawn Dunn (Danny) of Lexington, Indiana; his sister Ruby Lee Simpkins of Lexington, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Jackson, Tyra (Alex), Tristen, Dale (Brittney), Derrick, Dustin and Darci. He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren.
