We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2020, at the age of 93, Frederick M. Phillips of Lexington, Indiana, born in Columbus, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Martin Phillips and Edith Laurene Phillips-Giles (Vanest); his spouse Shirley Ellen Phillips (Emry); his daughter Patricia Arleen Palmer; his granddaughter Raquel Rae Ervin; and his siblings, Wayne, Carl, Gene and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Diane Phillips-Wuest of Lexington and Belinda Gregory (Lymon) of Edinburgh, Indiana; his brother Joseph "Joe" Phillips of Columbus, Indiana; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Hartwell (Josie Anderson), Shaina Ford (Steve), Blaiden Lloyd, Daimen Lloyd (Brittney), Ethain Lloyd (Tori), Sophie Gordon and April Ervin. He is also survived by seven great great grandchildren.
