She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Anna Nighbert Gassert and Everett Emerson Gassert; her husband Charles Willard Wilkerson; her daughter Angela C. Wilkerson Harrison; her sister Marjorie Odell Coles; her brother-in-law Orville; her siblings, Patricia "Pat" Lowery, Clarence Donald Gassert and Delbert Curtis Gassert; and her siblings-in-law, Janice and Richard Poling.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Gloria Lynn Farrell (Roy Hutchison) of Hanover, Indiana and Jonathon "John" Lee Harrison (Tammy) of Deputy, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Christine Michelle Powell (Josh), Charles Allen Farrell, Brittany Nichole Harrison, Jonathon William Harrison and Robert Eversole; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Sarah and Angela; her great great grandchildren, Dale, Callie, Marcus, Jaden and Tucker; her stepgreat-grandson Bradley; her sisters, Marilyn Jackson of Madison and Carolyn Poling of Vernon, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Nadine Gassert Greenhill of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lick Branch Baptist Church (10439 W Deputy Pike Rd, Deputy, IN 47230). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
