He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. "Patty" Moore (Pullen); his son Steven Moore of Lexington, Indiana; his sister April Stidham of Paris, Indiana; his stepchildren, Jason Miles of Lexington, Joshua Spivey of Seymour, Jonathan Tash of Underwood, Indiana, Jennifer Smith of Scottsburg and Jessica Tash of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Emma Smith, Kailynn Spivey, Thaxtin Tash, Rylee Grace Miles and Nathan Lucas; and his great grandchild Axel Lucas.
